The photographs below are an extreme example of a situation requiring a structural engineering inspection and report. Most reports and inspections which we are involved with are reports on pending home sales in which a general home inspection has uncovered a possible structural problem. We provide an engineering report identifying any structural problems and an estimate to correct any defects.
